Mucoceles: These sound like benign interruptions of the ducts on minor salivary glands that are common throughout your mouth. Of course your best bet is to get it evaluated by a dentist to be sure but your description sounds like these. They are often smaller than those in this image..

See dentist: Very hard to diagnose your condition without looking at it. Are the bumps hard or soft? How long do you have them? Have they changed size? All these questions help determine what you have.

Probably: Most probably normal anatomy that you are just becoming aware of.  Small chance it may be pathology.  How do you find out?  Seek examination by a Dentist.

Parotid Ducts: Likely the opening of the ducts from your parotid glands that help you with digestion. Leave them alone. If they become painful see your doctor as they sometimes get blocked.

Depends: The level of pain can be related to the underlying cause of the bump/blister.If ist is viral in nature, then possibly it may be relatively painless to bothersome. On the other hand, if is related to trauma, pain could be quite high.

Probably not: But white bumps deserve examination as may be precursor to problems.  So make arrangements for your Dentist to see you and your bump ASAP.

i've had a break out on the side of my mouth and chin for almost 2 months. the bumps are small and inflamed sometimes there's pus and  sometimes it gets dry and scaley. it does not hurt to the touch but it's very red.

Dermatitis: This is some sort of dermatitis. "Break out" suggests you might be worried about cold sores (oral herpes), but that rarely lasts more than 2-3 weeks. See a doctor; discuss with your primary care provider whether s/he wants to see you or refer you to a dermatologist. Good luck.

Cancer unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  What you described could be mucocele, a benign condition.  It would be prudent to see your doctor or a dentist.

See orthodontist: It might be related to the braces as repeated microtrauma might create that appearance. Would start with orthodontist first and based on their assessment follow from there.
