Muscle or blood leak: Could be that you ruptured a small capillary (blood vessel)  or stretched a muscle into prolonged contraction and it knotted up, like a trigger point

Complex Joint: The shoulder is a complex joint, & many conditions/ injuries  (rotator cuff injury, bursitits, tendonitis, labral pathology, etc).Can cause pain as described. The bicep pain coulld be something that developed secondary to any of the above, or the cause of pain altogether. I suggest a physician examine your shoulder to determine your best plan of care.
