i am 21 year male,i have this problem where i drip a small drop of urine occassionally what is this problem and would you recommend any medicine for the same?

Accepted Answer

: No medication for this symptom. Avoid holding the restroom time and do pelvic floor exercise for 3 months as a trial.
Pelvic floor exercise: this exercise is simple, you do like you try to stop the urine flow when voiding except you do it when your are not voiding like this: tight the pelvic muscles to stop the flow, hold as long as possible then relax, 30 times each session, 3 times/day.

Accepted Answer

No: It is  a matter of contrast.  When you are overweight, your equipment looks proportionally smaller compared to the rest of the larger body.  If you have a high bmi, then seek help from your family doctor and a nutrititionist.

Small nipple/man: There is no medical reason for it.Thats the way you are and size of nipple varies even in women who have a reason for nipples as for breast feeding, but in men it does not matter at all.You have to live with it.

No: it not too small, of course depends on his body build and height , but generally speaking it is not too small

Fordyce spots : Are located on underside of glans on either side of the frenum. Peripheral penile papules or tyson's glands are all normal anatomic structures and seem to be preserved because they are under the foreskin. They are all perfectly benibn.

i am 17 male. my puberty started at 15 and i still look like a small child. how can i speed up puberty process?

Nothing can rush it: You can not rush puberty. If your father went through puberty late you probably will too.  At this stage I would at least see your pediatrician to determine if your growth is ok.  They may order blood tests, a wrist xray, or make a referral depending on how your previous growth was.

Not advised: Why would you want your butt to be hairier? You risk promoting infections of hair follicles. Lack of hair on the butt is not a disease and you should leave it alone.

Workup: It may not be possible for you to be a father. If this is something you want, get with a urologist or fertility specialist, but i must warn you that the outcome may not be what you want. There's little correlation between fertility and virility -- sexual power, and even less with the ability to make a woman and yourself happy in many ways. It may be your calling to care for kids whose dad's can't.

in a 52 yrs old 76 kg and 5'10" tall male spleen size 8.2 cm is smaller than average spleen size.is it a serious matter? and why is it small like this

Are you healthy?: If you are healthy otherwise, I would not lose sleep over a smaller spleen. If your doctor suspects that you may have an infarction of the spleen , you may need an evaluation on the blood supply to the  spleen.
