Acne: Small blackheads are called closed comedones.  These are blocked pores which have become infected or blocked with hardened (oxidized) oil.  Blackheads will increase in areas with increased friction or sweating, and during changes in hormone levels.

R/O LIPOMA: If the lump is on the stomach that is  movable it is less worisome and may be a lipoma. You need a Ultrasound is needed to evaluate for /CYST/LIPOMA/less likely clot    Please seek prompt evaluation for this issue if symptoms persist or worsen.

See a dermatologist : I believe these could be fat necrosis, granulomas, keloids, healed over abscesses, or other more serious possibilities come to mind. The only way to narrow the possibilities is to see a dermatologist, if your PCP did not diagnose these specifically. Many of the possibilities I described above require no treatment, but it takes a derm to sort them out for you...
