How do you: Think you have a cut and don't know? If it doesn't heal check w/your doctor. How did you get a cut in the first place. Tell your penis to stay out of bars and not get into a knife fight. I hope this is not a self-induced injury.

Keep it clean: Wash the area with thin soapy water (preferably antibacterial soap) and monitor the site at least twice daily with close inspection.A small amount of triple antibiotic salve to the area can be used as a dressing. As long as the area does not become red, swollen or oozy, it should heal well. If the area becomes swollen, red or oozy, have it looked at.

2 days ago while shaving with trimmer i got a small sized cut on my upper side of scrotum raphe close to penis shaft,bleeding has been stopped i've been using betadine cream since today but it havent healed yet n bit of skin is hanging what to do?

: Just put a small band-aid on the wound and change it after taking the shower. Due to the location, it takes a couple more days for healing. I predict that site will be normalized in 7-10 days.

Scrotal pimple: Follow up at urgent care/doctor. It my be just a small furuncle ( pimple) and a bit of antibiotics may clear it or sebum . So do not worry and just follow up, you don't want it to expand  or get severely infected.

Varies: Could be a sebaceous cyst if it is "on" your scrotum . It could be a spermatocele if it is "in" your scrotum. It is best to have a doctor examone you. It does not sound serious but get seen.

Consult a urologist: You should not be having pain by itself because your scrotum is small and testicle are large. You may have a hydrocele, spermatocele or varicocele which is stretching scrotum from within. A testis tumor can occasionally be painful. Diagnosis can be made by physical examination plus scrotal ultrasound. A urologist can help you with this.

Need more info: Need more info. Do you feel one small testis on the left?  Do you feel a normal testis and an additional small "ball"?  If two "balls" on left side are they connected or do they feel separate?  This could be just a small testis, spermatocele, epididymal cyst, varicocele, or an abnormal growth.  Either way see your urologist and have an examination and likely a scrotal ultrasound to sort this out.
