i have clear singularly bumps that pop up one at a time on different fingers. they are small, painful when brushed against, and have dark centers. when the bump clears itself the dark center stays. what could this be?

there is a tiny bump on my finger, it doesn't hurt or anything, but sometimes its itchy and if i squeeze it , small amount of clear liquid comes out.

Finger: If at joint may be synovial cyst- lining joint has been pinched and produces nodule containing synovial fluid. Often appear with clear top and it's tempting to pop it. Can not tell w/o actual picture of lesion.  Best leave alone. Many possibilities but more info needed.

Not classic scabies: That is a favorite spot for scabies but the clear fluid is not typical.  Usually just itchy red bumps.

Contact dermatitis: Sounds like a contact dermatitis reaction to bleach which is a strong irritant. A topical steroid cream will help along with an antihistamine for itching. If it continues or gets worse see a doctor for stronger medicine. Wear gloves when cleaning with bleach and dilute it with water.

i have small bumps along my fingers filled with clear fluid. had them on the webbing too & they're itchy.  some on my face-though it could be acne.

Maybe dyshydrotic ec: Eczema.  Needs a potent steroid and gloves. Go see your local dermatologist. That is probably what it is from your description.

i go for my regular mammograms and always clear however recently when ive put cream on my body ive felt a small bump 5 fingers from my armpit towards the breast, my concern is i dont want to be overreacting as i get spots there too?

Sounds like: Neurodermatitis, especially if you have little blister like eruptions before white bumps appear.  Dry your hands completely after every handwashing, apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream at bedtime, and wear gloves to bed.  If this doesn't do it, it is dermatologist time.

Many possibilities: Some causes of “raised bumps” may include soft tissue masses, infection, ganglions, fibromas, inflamed lymph nodes, and cysts.  Have the area evaluated by a professional to get the right diagnosis.
