There is a tiny bump on my finger, it doesn't hurt or anything, but sometimes its itchy and if i squeeze it , small amount of clear liquid comes out.

Finger: If at joint may be synovial cyst- lining joint has been pinched and produces nodule containing synovial fluid. Often appear with clear top and it's tempting to pop it. Can not tell w/o actual picture of lesion. Best leave alone. Many possibilities but more info needed.
