 some time if you are in stress this can happen also.
 Try to take rest, apply cold compresses to the eyes. Aleve (naproxen) or Advil may help you too.

Exam needed: A physician or ophthalmologist would have to examine you in order to make a diagnosis and advise you. If the lesion is on the white of the eye it may be a benign growth called a pterygium but an examination is needed to make a definite diagnosis.

Depends: First try a trial of applying clean warm compresses to the site for 10 minutes every few hours to see if the lesion shrinks over a few days. Do not squeeze or pop bubble. If bubble does not go away  go see a Doctor.

Floater: It could be a" floater" - a benign condition of the connective tissue between the lens and the retina of the eye.  However any visual change needs to be evaluated by an eye doctor to rule out a potentially more serious ( yet treatable) medical condition.

Eye exam: This is either a blocked year duct which would result in tearing and/or discharge with possible redness and swelling over the tear duct opening. Or this is a clogged oil gland that would result in an eyelid bump with redness and swelling lateral to the year duct. You should see your eye doctor to evaluate. Warm compresses may help until your appointment.

the skin near the corner of my eye (near nose) is protruding like a small bubble. its way larger then its supposed to be but it isn't covering my eye completely. its like a yellowish red color but it doesn't hurt if i don't touch it. just kind of bothers

See your doc: I think because of the placement and that it sounds like it might be getting bigger (yes?) you may want to have your doctor take a look at it for two things- to diagnose it better that I can without a picture of it, and to treat it either with a cream or possibly aspirating whatever liquid is in it to get it out and stop it from growing.
