Blisters: Herpes (both genital and non genital) though these usually are painful.  Allergic reaction of the vulvar skin to something used in that area.  An early vulvitis from a yeast infection.  Try an antihistamine first, but if no relieve see a gyn to rule out herpes.

Sounds like: inflammation or irritation.  Difficult to say for sure.  If symptoms persist, consult with a gyn.  You might want to try otc hydrocortisone cream in the meantime.

Doctor can evaluate: Because it is difficult for a woman to look inside her own vagina, a woman who thinks there is a new change on the surface of her vagina should have an exam by a primary care or ob-gyn doctor. If the spot looks non-cancerous, the doctor may choose to watch it over time. It the spot looks suspicious, the ob-gyn doctor can biopsy it to see what it looks like under a microscope.

Hymen: Yes.  If you had an imperforate hymen then you would already know by now (as you are a menstruating women).

Rash: Is sounds like you may be developing a skin infection. Keep the area clean and apply polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) and see your doctor. You may need antibiotics. All the best.

Could the spider: Of been hungry again? Your options inlcude having it treated a second time but instead of going to urgent care see a dermatologist or podiatrist. Take a picture in case the blister should look different when you go to the doctor. The doctor could opt for a biopsy which may shed light on if there is a fungal component or traumatic, or autoimmune etc....

No: If sex not painful, ok to continue.  Likely a vaginial mucosal inclusion cyst or other benign cyst.  I would recommend seeing your gyn provider for evaluation and treatment if needed.

Fungus: Fungus on the skin is often associated with skin lesions such as vesicles or rash or red bumps and are very itchy. What may have happened is after scratching the ankle lesion you scratched your toes. The ankle lesion darkened probably from scratching it so much that it bled and formed a dark scab over it. Try over the counter Lamisil (terbinafine) cream. If it doesn't help, see a podiatrist for prescribed meds.

c-section scar was itchy in one spot last night and now today i have a pea sized blister on the edge of my c-section scar. i am 7 weeks post partum.

C-section scar: If by scratching the scar, a  "blister"  has appeared,  it may be from a stitch put in when closing the scar.  If this continues, see your OB who did the operation, and the stitch at "7 wks. post partum" might be visualized and removed, and the scar will heal naturally: this only takes a few seconds, and is virtually painless.
