Not sure a problem: I'm not sure what you mean by sludge in bladder. However if urine is too concentrated, dark or slightly cloudy, it may mean that you are not drinking enough clear fluids ( try to get in 5-6 glasses of water, etc by 8pm). If there is a problem with the bladder, only the urologist will be able to define and treat that.

Drugs like Actigail(Ursodiol) a gall stone solubilizing agent and another Chenodeoxycholic acid
Last resort is Cholecystectomy as you have chronic pancreatitis
Check your blood for triglycerides,calcium etc

i have just been told i have sludge in the lumen the bcd dilated to 1.5 cm after gall bladder removal will this mean more surgery please?

Not Necessarily: Increasing size of the Common Bile Duct is normal after having your gallbladder removed.  Unless you are having recurrent symptoms, I don't think you need surgery.  You may need to have an upper endoscopy to open the valve so the sludge can be drained easier from the duct.  That will be up to you, your symptoms and your surgeon/endoscopist.

Try medical therapy: especially reduction of stomach acid, abdominal ultrasound, liver and pancreatic blood studies. You may benefit from daily use of PPI medication such as Prilosec OTX, Nexiumor Zegerid. Make sure to get tested for H. pylori, a stomach bacteria which may require additional medical therapy.

Needs 2 See Her Dr. : If someone with a recent history of a bowel obstruction begins to vomit, they have a recurrent obstruction until proven otherwise.  Other concerning signs include abdominal distention and constipation. While it may be a false alarm, it would be best to have her seen.

U Need2 Talk2 UR Dr.: The presence of gallstones in the absence of symptoms does not require treatment. In fact, as many as 75% of people w/stones never develop symptoms. I recommend that you clarify with your doctor why surgery is being recommended.
