Crossing percentiles: Weight should stay at around the same percentiles with increasing age.  When it stalls or falls to a lower percentile it is considered slow weight gain and at the extreme can be considered failure to thrive.

3 yo son has been failure to thrive since he was 1..many test done..all normal..hes 25lbs slow weight gain.. wat could b wrong?

FAILURE TO THRIVE: He has to be watched carefully while growing up. Regular  peds. Checkup including food monitoring, lots of love, pampering so he knows he is vip. Dx work up neg. These are all that are needed. He will  catch up in growth and development.

Growth curves: Both the weight and length are less than the 1% as measured.  It really depends on:  was he premature?  If so, how early and what were his birth wt and length?  If he has demonstrated go growth from birth, then be reassured.  However, if he's falling "off" his curves then we need to sort out why.

This self soothing facilitates sleep.

Rapid weight gain is more likely to overly tax your,body,which can be dangerous.  Manage your exercise as well.  Keep it moderate if you have been exercising.  It is important to be followed by your doc, a nutritionist, and,therapist during,this process.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Typically Not: For the most part, Sertraline tends to be considered weight neutral. That is, in most people who take it there does not appear to be a significant change in weight over time.
