More info needed: That is a very general question. It depends on many factors, including the age and overall health of the patient, the nature of the symptoms, medications being taken, and many others. However, it is safe to say that the development of such a symptom where it previously did not exist warrants an evaluation with a primary care physician.

Could be either/both: There is a lot of overlap between the symptoms of thyroid dysfunction and depression/anxiety. Many psychiatrists and primary care doctors will check thyroid blood tests before considering treating the mood issue. If thyroid is dysfunctional then treating the thyroid condition might improve or alleviate the depression/anxiety.

Depends: Usually hypothyroid has accompanying labs done.  While your dose maybe within range you might need to ask your physician to consider an increase as clinically you are not feeling as good as expected.
I usually treat the patient, the labs are guidelines and I would refer you back to whom ever prescribed the med.  Need more information as well to consider additional medical diagnosis .

Get another opinion: Abilify (aripiprazole) is used to treat bipolar disorder and schizophrenia as well as an adjunct to antidepressant meds. It is not a drug to treat fatigue per se unless the doctor is fairly certain that the fatigue is due to major uncontrolled depression.

: I  hope and pray your not talking g about ingestion of acetone, but use of it on your nails to remove polish. The tiny amount used, even if you use it frequently,  will not absorb into your system or locally to cause any symptoms. You need to look for a different reason  if you are having these symptoms.

Either!: Skill and speed at reading certainly depends on practice!  Every improves with practice, even with learning disorders.  However if you have a learning disorder, see a specialist to find out what kind, then you can be given effective methods to make learning easier. When trying to read faster, pick a subject that you like!  It is often easier to get more enjoyment from non-fiction/jokes first

Not likely: Many people with no food allergy will produce antibody that reacts to the food allergy panel.  Thus, these tests need to be interpreted by experts who treat food allergy daily.  Skin testing is often more accurate, but ones history of symptoms that follow an ingestion is critical as well.  Yes, dizziness/fogginess can occur with allergy, but is transient immediately following intake.  Be well!

i am a experiencing a tremor like feeling internally. i have no external tremors that i can see. also for the last week i have had dark dreams that wake me up at 4am everyday. no noticeable stiffness or slowness. parkinsons possible?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Anxiety: it is not likely that you have a serious illness at your age unless you have some predisposing factors like bad genetics, prior cardiovascular problems.  That being said, what is going on in your life? Are you stressed?  Is it hot?  You needed to drink some water like 4 to 5 glasses 8 oz apiece and get some rest.  De stress your life.  If you are not better tomorrow see your primary doctor in am.
