Too many choices: There are so many possibilities to such a general problem you describe that the only way to get a reasonable answer is to be examined by you physician. We could speculate about this but you could also be a day-trade on the stock market if you like to speculate. I don't.

i have pain in my right arm pit area and there is also slight swelling so what could it be?

Need to be checked: Painfull swelling is often caused by an infectious process. In your arm pit/ axilla it could be a benign (non cancerous) lesion like lymphnodes, cysts of the skin, fatty tumors and developing abscess from an infection. It also could be a cancerous lesion. If this is not resolving within a few days you must have your doctor check this out.

slight numbness in my right arm. no other symptoms i am aware of at this time. is it a symptom of something more serious?

Probably not: A slight numbness usually is pressure to a nerve which will usually resolve.If numbness gets worsen or muscle weakness develops  it should be checked.

i just recently felt a throbbing, pulsing slight pain in my right arm, then it stopped, should i be worried?

Pain: This sounds like nerve pain. There may be a pinched nerve around your neck or elsewhere that is causing this pain. If the pain has completely disappeared you shouldn't worry too much. If the pain appears again your must see your doctor for a proper examination and treatment

i'm on intuniv. my right arm started feeling heavy last morning. doesn't affect me during day. slight pain in shoulder when arm moved over body.

Shoulder pain: Please make an appointment to see your Primary doctor about this. If you have to wait a day or two please go to the Emergency facility.

Needs evaluation: There are many causes of a tremor, but in someone as young as you, especially since it is only involving one side and is accompanied by weakness, it is important that it be evaluated promptly.  You should see your physician to start with; they may order tests and/or refer you to a neurology specialist.

i'm having nagging pain in the tricep, bicep area of right arm. hard to get to sleep some nights. now i also notice a slight twinge in left side of chest at times when i take big inhale breath, not consistent. seems heart issues can relate to arm?

: Your symptoms are likely not related to heart problem. A thorough history and physical exam needs to be carried out for the etiologies of those symptoms but but I doubt their relationship.

Vascular tumor: This small mobile painless mass is most likely a vascular tumor.  It is benign.  Unless it grows or becomes painful you do not have to worry about it.  It would not hurt to show it to a primary care physician so that he/she has a baseline to follow this tumor each time you visit.

i have had severe persistent right arm pain for 2wks relieved shortly with slight pressure or traction applied and it is worse upon exhalation.

See below: Arm pain is a vague complaint . Neck problems are often associated . A thorough history and exam with xrays id indicated .  Seek an orthopaedic surgeon specialized in spine . Just because he is a surgeon , he 'll try to exhaust all conservative treatment before surgery . Do not get your neck manipulated .  Examination of the arm , in itself for pathologic findings.

when right arm is resting in position like i'm on computer,noticed slight shaking i couldn't stop last night, now shaking is worst, possible causes?

Tremor: Many possible causes.  If this is persistent or progressive you should see your doc.
