Highly unlikely: Rabies virus is transmitted via saliva of an infected animal usually through a bite or blood exposure.  It is not impossible for rabies to be transmitted through mucus membranes.  The situation you describe above is highly unlikely for viral transmission.  If the dog appears well then you should be fine.

No: The most common mode of rabies transmission is through the bite and virus-containing saliva of an infected animal. Rarely transmission has been documented through contamination of mucous membranes (eyes, nose mouth), through air/aerosol transmission, organ transplantation. Not confirmed skunk had rabies...you touched a hose the cleaner touched. No risk. Stay well:)

Was cat immunized?: Two questions: was your cat immunized against rabies? Was the bat alive?  There is the possibility of rabies transmission to your cat if not immunized and then a risk to you.  If you have the bat, it can be tested for rabies.

Get treated now: Go straight to the emergency department. If the skunk can be captured, so much the better. You'll want to be injected with anti-rabies vaccine including infiltration around the wound.

Call poison control: If you were in my office, I would call Poison Control at 1 800 222-1222 for the best information pertinent to your particular situation.  They often need a little more information than what you've provided here to make the best recommendation, and if you call them, they can find out what they need to know.  Depending on the details, there may be some concerns about eyes, or breathing.

ER?: I would be surprised if an er turned you away with the above story (also if you are 16 years old there may be insurance you actually qualify for). If a small er turns you away, try one associated with a medical center. Good luck.
