Without seeing it...: ...I would suggest the possibility of a stye; however, it is impossible for any physician to give you a certain diagnosis without examining the area of concern.  If it has only been present for a couple of days, try warm compresses and see your physician if it persists.  If it has been present for longer, please take care of yourself and have it evaluated.

Trial and error: Sometimes what you perceive as oily skin is actually dry skin.  The body is so smart that it produces excess oil to make up for it's dryness. Re-evaluate your cleansing products first and make sure you are not over drying your skin with them.  Try some non comedogenic over the counter products and see what works for your skin.  Give each product about 2 weeks to see it's effect.

i got the nexplanon in may and i couldnt see it at first i could just feel it when i pressed on it now its super close to the surface of the skin.could it have been inserted too close to the skin and will it cause it to be less effective?

Nexplanon insert ?'s: Nexplanon will be effective if the incision is healed.  Your periods may be affected and become irregular, and/or longer times between menstrual events may occur.

Mult. possibilities: If fungal creams make the rash go away and then it comes back when you stop, it's probably a fungus or yeast. Your partner may have a vaginal yeast infection that you are passing back & forth. If fungal creams don't work at all you could be allergic to something, such as spermicide gel or the latex in condoms.

i can feel at the top roof of my mouth midline but slightly to the right a ever so slightly raised area- 5mm maybe?dont see anything there- looks normal skin.felt some discomfort there a few days ago but better now. is this just likely my anatomy?

No way: No way to tell without an examination.  May be anatomy, may be lesion, etc.  See Dentist for exam.  If you have been seeing Dentist regularly he/she will have a baseline.  "Discomfort" signals that the area should be evaluated.
