See answer: Flesh colored protrusions are generally either skin tags or hemorrhoids.  Hemorrhoids generally change in size whereas skin tags do not change.  Warts or condyloma have the appearance of the attached photo. You would need to have then looked at by a medical professional for confirmation.

hi,i have a small  smooth skin coloured growth at the top of my anus before my scrotum. it is soft and smooth and not cauliflowered. it's not painful but it's noticeable, causing discomfort. is this likely to be a genital wart or a skin tag?

Sentinel skin tag: A sentinel skin tag is usually results from a fissure or tear of the anal tissue following passage of a large constipated stool.  The tag itself is not painful, but the fissure can be uncomfortable both with passing stool and at rest, just like any other cut of the skin.  
Increasing fluids and fiber in the diet is usually recommended to help in healing but the skin tag remains.

Listen to your doc: Get your anal fissure treated by a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine,

2 months  ago i noticed a pimple like on my perineum and now its increasing  around 3  in numbers.its not painful.is it skin tag or wart?thank you

Best to show an MD: If you describe it as a 'pimple' I think of redness and maybe a 'head' to it as well, but since you mention 'wart' and 'skin tag' these look very different. A pimple would not last for 3 months. I suspect these could be warts, but u really need a doctor to take a look -and hopefully provide treatment on the spot to take care of this. Yes, it might be embarrassing 4u but doctors are here to help.

See a dermatologist: You may be a "virgin" but have you contacted other people in the genital area?  Either way it can be easily removed.

Not recommended: Your dermatologist can treat warts with cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen), electrocautery (electric current burns through wart), laser (burns ; vaporizes wart) or medications (application of salicylic acid gel /cantharidin).

By looking: Warts are, well, warty. They feel harder and thicker than normal skin and they will probably have a flat base. Skin tags look and feel like skin and usually have a pedicle that lets you move it back and forth. Warts don't move.
