Possible HPV: HPV genital warts often present in that manner. They can be managed. I would check with your doc to see exactly what they are. They tend to be benign.

Epithelial polyp?: It sounds benign, very benign, and we want to rule out sarcoma botryoides and a couple of rarities. Phone your gynecologist and make an appointment now, but except that you'll be fine. Your anxiety alone is reason to be seen.

See a gynecologist.: It would be best for you to be evaluated by a gynecologist.  That doctor can look at the skin tags and do a vaginal/speculum exam.  Then, treatment may or may not be recommended, depending on the findings.
