Skin tags: Skin tags commonly occur on the neck, armpits (axilla) and inner thighs (groin). They tend to occur near skin folds that are moist. They are easily treated with simple excision but if there is any concern about infections such as hpv or the possibility of malignancy, they should be submitted for pathology.
