Actually you should: cover your body with lotion especially after bath or shower when skin still wet. Also add a moisturizing body wash not soap. Add oral Vitamin E and B complex for skin

will taking glutathione/l-cysteine affect (female) hormones? my friend took skin supplement with these 2 ingredients and her period is late even though she did not have intercourse or change her diet otherwise. any advice or explanation?

: Cannot understand why anyone would take this combination even if the bottle honestly contains the chemicals.  Glutathione does not cross the brain-blood-barrier and cysteine, if present, would cause severe nausea and vomiting.
This is a total waste of money!!

Iodine: While iodine can interfere.with treatment of an overactive thyroid condition, it shouldn't interfere with medications used to treat the underactive thyroid of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Your pharmacist can verify this for you.

Possibly: Oral iron supplements do not cause skin color changes.  Iron injections into muscle or skin can result is iron deposits in the skin causing color change locally at the site of injection.  If your skin is changing color all over, however, and you are iron deficient, you should be seeing your doctor since some rare skin changes like color change are a distant manifestation rarely of a hidden cancer.
