smoky odor on skin. dairy products 1 root cause, has been removed from diet. but still comes back now and then. what else can cause it?

Smoky Skin Odor: Are you taking any vitamins or supplements. For example fish oil can cause a fishy smell; garlic supplements smell like, well, garlic. Some foods, such a s asparagus, can cause a lingering odor in the urine. Review your diet and any pills you take with your doctor to get to the root of the problem.

Aging: Smoking is one of the top ways to prematurely age your skin and body. The toxins and chemicals in tobacco smoke damage the collagen and elastin in skin which leads to wrinkling and sagging. The nicotine in tobacco causes narrowing of the blood vessels which inhibits the amount of oxygen and nutrients going to the skin which is vital in keeping it healthy.

Well,...: Over time, constant contact with smoke can certainly cause discoloration of the beard.

when i smoke sometimes i hear voices from people i know rapping in my head. am i crazy or what is going on?

Smoking what?: Whatever it is, it is not normal to hear voices. See your doctor for an evaluation and probable referral to a mental health specialist.  And whatever you are smoking, stop until you are evaluated.

my step dads 60 and smoked for 15 years and looks mid 50s .. so i feel like smoking doesn't do as bad as some say to skin?

More Than Skin Deep: Not very scientific.Your dad is lucky.Probably ate well and exercised. If not, really lucky. Nicotine constricts the very small blood vessels and the skin usually shows it.But who knows, maybe his heart has been affected and THAT won't show 'till he gets a heart attack. Maybe the kidneys. Maybe his eyes.Maybe other vessels.It has other effects too,like cancer and COPD.Now THAT will eventually show

is it possible to be allergic to nicotine? whenever i smoke something with nic my skin seems to thicken up and get itchy.

Something else: It is more likely that you are allergic to one of the other ingredients in the tobacco since nicotine allergy has yet been documented in published literature.  Since tobacco is hazardous to your health, it may be a good time for you to stop smoking now.

i smoke weed regularly , and since the last couple of months i've been getting a kind of headache in the middle part of the head , is this bad?

Well, it's not good!: Are you asking if smoking is bad or if headache is bad? Can't say that we recommend smoking weed/marijuana/cannabis especially since there's no 3rd party oversight to prove safety & lack of contamination (luckily i think the government stopped spraying paraquat a long time ago). Lots of reasons for headaches ranging from sinus congestion to sinus infections to head colds etc. Go see your doc.

Doubtful: The quantity of inhaled smoke isn't going to cause any permanent skin alterations but second hand smoke is still bad for the lungs and health.

I dont: know age  or what you smoke  but i would be concerned about some hypoxic like event or vaso spasms i would stop smoking and see a physician
