Patience: Baby acne is a common and temporary  problem.It usually appears by age 2 weeks and disappears by 3 months. Keeping the skin clean is the major plan. If it persists after 3 months and or intensifies, some normal ace treatments can be beneficial, but the doc should look into unusual hormonal issues as a cause at that point.

Skin irritation: Focalized itching without rash is rarely due to underlying organ disease.  I suspect skin irritation (sun coming through car window, the furry pillow, etc).  Try changing both the pillow and the lotion.  Rec fragrance-free non-alcohol containing lotion such as Vanicream, Eucerin  or CeraVe.  Use 2-3 times daily and always after bathing.

my baby had an allergic reaction to a johnson moisturizer and she developed a rash on her face and neck. she now has 2 skin tones due to that since the rash dried up after changing back to dove. what can i use to retain an even tone?

Patience: If you stop applying things to the skin &amp; just keep it clean it will eventually return to balanced tone. It could take weeks/months but it will. In the future try a small amount of such products before use. Apply it to the pad of a Bandaid  &amp; place it overnight in a specific site. If the area of the pad does not react after overnight application her skin can probably handle it.

Monitor temp: Check his temperature and if there is a fever, cough, vomiting or other symptoms, please see your pediatrician. From your description, this may be a heat rash. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid the use of harsh soap and detergent. Apply a baby eczema cream moisturizer twice daily. If the rash spreads, worsens, or if there is fever or feeding difficulty, please see your provider right away.

Patience: The baby acne is a common event that reflects hormones transferred during the pregnancy. While the baby is floating in moisture, the skin is will not respond, but within weeks of birth they break out for many weeks before the hormone levels begin to drop ; the acne disappears. Keeping the skin clean ; avoiding irritating soaps helps. Occasional use of a 1/2% hc once daily can calm some lesions.

Pregnancy rash: 1st - go see Urgent Care or PCP in person to diagnoses - takes eyes to make sure accurate diagnosis.  It's probably Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP) , but it could be other cause.

Rash: It sounds more likely that it is an allergic reaction to something.  The fact that it is not on the palms and soles of your feet makes other bad things less likely.  Skin rashes are hard to diagnose and the diagnosis depends on where the rash is, the color, whether there are blotches, raised bumps and many other things.  You can buy benadryl (diphenhydramine) in the pharmacy for itching and if it persists see DR.
