my son is getting this rash now for the 3de time, he doesn't have diarrhea and it looks like a fungal rash as it's only by his private part and he keeps complain that it's burning, the last time he started to shed his skin down their and its very red?

May be right: You don't list the age of the kid, which matters. If he is in diapers it could easily be yeast &amp; need an anti-yeast cream or powder. If he's out of diapers it could be regular fungal "jock itch" and need similar treatment with an anti-fungal. A localized rash in that area could also be a soap or other agent used to clean the area he had a reaction to.

Food reaction?: Keep a diary on your food intake and symptoms since the episodic nature of  your symptoms and the skin rash point to a food allergy . See an allergist if the cause cannot be pinpointed.

Lots of things: If the rash is itchy , the first thing i'd think of is celiac disease / dermatitis herpetiformis. There are a bazillion other possibilities.

Zind oxide: Irritative rashes from diarrhea in toddlers ae amongst the most stubborn rashes to cure. Try and get some daily air into that area - let him run around diaperless outside - who cares if he poops or pees on the lawn? Then, a diaper cream that has zinc oxide may be more useful - some brand names: triple paste, butt paste, desitin, (zinc oxide diaper cream) or generic zinc oxide.

Stool in a1 month ol: Stool in a one month old baby may be pasty to watery as well as mucosy. Color may also vary. As long as the child isnt fussy or irritable there is no reason to be upset. Babies get all kinds of rashes and usually have no significance. As always if you have concerns check with your pediatrician.

Toviaz (fesoterodine) Side effects: The most common side effects from Toviaz (fesoterodine) are actually constipation and dry mouth.  I do not think that your reported symptoms are related to Toviaz (fesoterodine) use.  Stop the medications and see if you improve; that is the best assessment for atypical adverse side effects.

No diarrhea: I cannot recall ever seeing a case where diarrhea was involved.They can occur simultaneously for a number of reasons but it is not a listed symptom. I would ignore the rash.It comes up from the inside so outside creams or treatments don't help. The rash may flare with a warm bath or play outside and can persist for weeks.They are not contagious when the rash appears.
