i am suffering from pain in the knuckles of both hands & the sides of both hands wrists as well.this is accompanied by tingling in hands & sometimes bottom of feet.it started 5 days ago.no swelling/no redness/but a slight pain if pressing on knuckles?

what causes nodules under skin on bottom of feet?

Few causes. : Most common causes are rheumatoid nodules and nodules related to thickening of the fascia.  However if you are talking about the numerous little globules  all over your feet that are seen with stretching of the skin and sometimes feel like bumps - those are normal but i'll be darned if i know what to call them.

constant numbness of the front part  of the sole. feel like sticking needles into the skin of the bottom of feet. what is  this and what should i do?

See a doctor: It seems that you don't have good circulation, i recommend seeing a doctor so they can make a proper diagnosis and prescribe you and medicines or recommend certain activities to help you get rid of your symptoms.

i have these small water like bumps on the bottom of feet & they itch & hurt sometimes but after a few days it becomes like dry skin. why & what is it?

Eczema: This is dyshydrotic eczema, keep your feet dry, wear open shoes not sneakers, if need be only use cotton socks, a dermatologist can help you with prescription creams if they do not clear.

Foot doctor: Foot doctors or podiatrists specialize in treatment of the feet. It may be that the dry hard skin needs to be removed. Then topical use of a mositurizer will prevent reoccurance.

i have just noticed red looking bruises on both of my feet.. they are around the side of my feet and alittle on the back and bottom of feet. not itchy?

Petechiae: These may be leakage of blood from capillaries in the skin and can be caused by vasculitis(inflammation of these tiny blood vessels) which usually is an autoimmune process. I recommend that your physician examine you and order blood tests to rule out other causes such as low platelets or other blood coagulation deficiencies. Sometimes these blood vessels leak from excessive standing and weight.

Nerve problem: This is most likely due to a nerve irritation under the skin.  There are multiple causes for this and seeing your podiatrist would help by getting you on the right medication to stop the itching and burning.

Foot pain: You may have a couple issues here.  White numb toes could be a sign of poor blood flow to your feet.  This would cause pain as well.  There is also a condition called post herpetic neuralgia which is a painful condition caused from the virus which gave you shingles.  I would recommend evaluation by your primary care physician.
