Cortisone cream: Hydrotopic is 1% hydrocortisone cream, and usually we try to stay away from steroid creams on facial skin. This is a mild steroid, any effect would take several weeks to have an effect. Please review with your doctor and ensure that you don't use too much steroid cream on your facial skin!

is it common for aldara cream to burn skin even when its not applied, i put some cream on for the first time 2 days ago and washed it off and it burns ever since and i havent put it since then and it still burns?

: Yes it will cause burning on normal skin. The burning will go away in a few days. Next time before you apply it put a light coating of Vaseline around but not on the wart.

using diffrin 1%cream at night, my skin burns when i put it on and afterwards when i have my face against pillow or when i put cream on my face. help?

Common: Use a tiny amount. Wait 20 min after washing before application of differen. Use a moisturizer after you apply differen. Use just 2 or 3 times a week at first. After a few weeks your face will no longer react this way. Note that it takes 3 months to appreciate the benefits.

Perioral Dermatitis: Certain medical conditions, such as perioral dermatitis and contact dermatitis, can affect the skin around your nose, mouth and eyes. This type of dermatitis primarily affects adult women as men rarely develop this condition. The exact cause is not quite understood but is believed to be related to poor hygiene, certain facial creams and topical creams and ointments. You may need oral antibiotics.

Doctor can examine: Persistent chapped or damaged lips or nearby skin may be eczema, usually treated using hydrocortisone cream plus Vaseline or Aquaphor to retain moisture. Sometimes, lipsticks or lip sunscreen chemicals are causing an allergic reaction on the lips. Other times, a person is a primary lip-licker (it's her habit). Once cracked, lips or skin get irritated by routine foods and juices.

Vitamin E ; Itching: Vitaman e directly on the skin can nourish it.  You can get a bottle of it in the drug store.  It's inexpensive and worth a try; just be patient.  Make sure you have no open wounds when applying.  Also, taking vitamin B12 is good.  Please us the sublingual, under the tongue, type.  Peace and good health.

You are describing an area we call -perineum-
some urine(being acid) trickle down the perineum may cause burning sensation.If there is no sign of infection,use any skin lotion,cream such as (AVEENA) and apply to area twice a day for few days.You don't anything serious.Let us know how things go.
