Eczema: The most common skin condition that is mistaken for ringworm is eczema.  They can look the same and develop on similar parts of the body but the treatment is completely different.  See your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.

Typical appearance..: Ringworm is very easily obtained from cats.  Remember it is not a worm but a fungal infection. The lesions have a very characteristic appearance and are itchy, and respond well to over the counter anti-fungal creams (Clotrimazole, Terbinafine, etc), but should be treated for a full two weeks at least to ensure resolution.  Topical treatments work for all ringworm except those in the scalp.

Poss, but unlikely: Anything is possible, but Minocycline is an antibiotic with a high affinity for skin structures and is usually used to treat conditions like boils.  If you were allergic to Minocycline than you could possibly get an allergic reaction including a skin eruption, that could look like or turn into a "boli."  see a dr. If you have boils that will not go away. Good luck.
