Likely: A hemorrhoid can be thrombosed (filled with blood) and thus harden and present as a firm lump outside of the anus. These usually resolve on their own. If you do not have improvement after a week, i would see your doctor.

what to do if i found out that i have a hemorrhoid the size of a pea. will it go away by itself ?

Yes and no: We all have normal hemorrhoidal tissue. It gets engorged with increase pressure over time causing symptoms (swelling like u have). With diet (high fiber and lots of water) the symptoms can go away and hemorrhoids may not be bothersome. The hemrrhoid tissue never goes away but symptoms can b relieved majority of times.

Usually: Most of the time these will take several days to stop hurting and resord by themselves. However ther are time  (perhaps a week or so) where they remain a pita (you figure that out). Then it is better to remove the clot and end the pain.

Evacuate the clot: Must expel the clot and then it will heal on its own.  Anusol-HC suppositories will help.  See your MD if you need help

Hemorrhoids: you probably describing a thrombosed external Hemorrhoid. Better have a surgeon look at it.

: What you described could be undigested food items. Once diarrhea subsides and hemorrhoids are fully healed you may get a test for blood in stool.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Genital cyst ?: A firm "bump" in the area described may be a sebaceous cyst, very common in genital and other areas.   See your gyn provider, who can easily diagnose and treat this kind of lesion.

No: Not from your description. Hemorrhoids are normal veins at the anal opening. Leg veins can become enlarged as varicose veins or can get superficial thrombophlebitis. Would need to have an exam with a doctor to tell what you have.
