What to do if i found out that i have a hemorrhoid the size of a pea. will it go away by itself ?

Yes and no: We all have normal hemorrhoidal tissue. It gets engorged with increase pressure over time causing symptoms (swelling like u have). With diet (high fiber and lots of water) the symptoms can go away and hemorrhoids may not be bothersome. The hemrrhoid tissue never goes away but symptoms can b relieved majority of times.
