No: Acute and chronic sinusitis can cause pressure/pain in the face and over or between the eyes. But usually sinusitis doesn't cause occipital headaches or pain in the neck.

Decongestants: If what you are describing is sinus related then a decongestant like sudafed may help. If it continues, I would be seen as it could be other things

Hmm: Generally speaking, no.  However sphenoid sinusitis can give pain on top or back of head at times.  If this pain has not resolved, you should see a doctor.

See doctor ASAP: This may indicate something wrong in the brain area including possibly meningitis especially if you have never had this sensation before.  Have you had any head or neck injury recently from an accident or sports?

See below: It could be infection or sometimes lymph nodes can swell as a result of malignancy.  If the infection you reported has resolved,  the lymph node swelling should resolves within two weeks.  If it doesn't,  you need to see your doctor.

Sinusitis: Problems in the sinuses or nasal passageways can affect your sense of smell and taste. Conditions such as sinusitis, acute or chronic sinus infections, enlarged turbinates, deviated septum and ear infection can cause a metallic taste in your mouth. Usually treated with antibiotics, anti-allergies meds, or by surgery. Once you fix the sinuses, the metallic taste should go away. See your doctor.

Yes: Depending on how long you have been on the antibiotics it may not be enough time for them to work.  Also if your physician agrees a decongestant could help.

Venous sinus : The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) drains into the venous sinuses. Thrombosis of venous sinuses are likely to slow or impair CSF absorption which is likely to be associated with intracranial hypertension or worsening of this latter condition if present

Viral: These symptoms are most likely from a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Isolate yourself to avoid transmitting this infection. Drink adequate fluids and take acetaminophen. Should you develop fever, cough, breathing problems, contact your physician for instructions and advice regarding covid testing especially if you live in an endemic area. Hopefully this is just a mild flu like virus.

LPR: LPR can cause many problems of  head and neck. Suggest you see a GI doctor to evaluate and treat it as soon as  possible.
