Viral: These symptoms are most likely from a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Isolate yourself to avoid transmitting this infection. Drink adequate fluids and take acetaminophen. Should you develop fever, cough, breathing problems, contact your physician for instructions and advice regarding covid testing especially if you live in an endemic area. Hopefully this is just a mild flu like virus.
