i have a bad sinus infection.  discharge is totally clear and bubbly...along with what i believe is cnjuntivitus..or vary similar ...cough is brownish?

How do you know?: Whenever a patient gives us their diagnosis, I have to wonder how do you know you have " a bad sinus infection?" The presence of a conjunctivitis is even more suspicious of a viral infection which represents as high as 98% of all upper respiratory infections.  Incidentally, you did not ask a question so I will tell you to hang in there for at least 2 weeks and if you're not better, consult an ENT.

taking amoxicillin for a sinus infection  & a couple days after i noticed swelling, itching, & discharge in my vagina. now my symptoms seem milder. ?

Yeast infection: Unfortunately, antibiotics like amoxicillin not only kill the bacteria that in your case caused the sinus infection, but also the lactobacillae present in the vagina. That in turn promoted the growth of candida, I suspect, and you ended up with a yeast infection. If your vaginal symptoms are ceasing, your lactobacilli may be recovering.

is it possible to have sinus infection in one nostril without pain or discharge? one nostril practically swollen shut but doesn't hurt?

: You likely have just rhinitis, not rhinosinusitis. Furthermore, sinusitis is not always symptomatic.

was on zpak now i'm on cephaexin for sinus infection i'm worried because i'm still have orangeish or brown drainage a lot it's thick..i'm not sick?

Get further: Evaluation by your pcp! may need catscan sinuses- he'll be able to tell what's going on.

Takes more time: You will need to stay on your antibiotic for 14 days, take 500 mg every 6 hrs forv14 days .Sinus infections can be very persistent  so follow this regime properly.
I prefer augmentin, (amoxicillin and clavulanate) 875 mg,  1 every 12 hrs for 14 days!

Sinus infection: A high temperature as you described is concerning for infection.  This may be seen with a streptococcal infection such as strep throat.  I recommend that you see a provider immediately.

Yes!: While sinus infections can be associated with green/yellow nasal drainage, you can have a sinus infection with no apparent drainage. It may be too "locked in" - or it may be draining down the back of the throat as "post nasal drip." getting the sinuses to drain with saline sprays or a nettie pot can  help, as can medications to loosen the drainage. Pressure in the face or upper teeth are common.

Possible: The sinuses can have polyps, infection, obstruction. 
Fever and facial pressure are common depending on the stage of the infection.

i am experiencing  drainage or pus with sinus infection and if i tilt my head to the right  a lot of drainage will come out that's yellow and thin ?

See your doctor: for assessment and probably Rx medications, meanwhile, use saline washes frequently to help clear the nasal passages and drain your sinuses by opening up the draining pores of the sinuses into the nasal cavity, good luck
