when will i stop feeling off balance from bad sinus infection?

Confusion: I have answered this question may times.  The paranasal sinuses are air-containing spaces in the face and head.  As such, they are not related to or cause balance disorders.  However, a viral infection can cause both of these problems .  It is my opinion, that treatment of sinus disease will not alter your balance disorder. You need to see an ENT doctor.

What are symptoms?: What are your symptoms specifically and how do you know that you do not have a sinus infection?  I can not recommend anything because you do not tell me what your symptoms are.  It is not easy for a physician to recommend therapy if you are simply saying "i feel like I have some sinus infection but i don't have a sinus infection.  Has an x-ray been taken?

i am on cefixime 400mg/day for 10 days for sinus infection. it is day 4 and my mucus is still green. when will i start feeling better?

: Sinusitis symptoms and discharge often are caused more by viral infection or by allergy or nonspecific irritation. Bacterial infection often is a minor player, in which case antibiotics have no effect. They're almost always tried in hope they will help, but often do not. Take the full 10 days, but if still not improved by then, discuss with your doctor. Also try nasal saline or degongestant spray.

Sinus infection : if you are still pregnant and have a history of asthma with new symptoms of cough, chest pain and hoarseness, it's best to be evaluated by a medical professional.

i visited my brother. his dogs live in the house and he also smokes in his house.when i returned,i had a sinus infection.i treated the infection and is ok now. now i cannot smell or taste anything.do you suspect covid? otherwise i am feeling fine?

Possibly: Lost of taste and smell is one of the symptoms of COVID, however pos not diagnostic. Other symptoms are fever, cough, shortness of breadth, abdominal pain with diarrhea. I would see your PCP to be throughly evaluated. In the mean time quarantine yourself till you are sure you don’t have the virus

Possible: If the sinus infection extends into the labyrinthine portion of the middle ear it can create vertigo.  What you are describing, however, sounds like benign positional hypotension.

Sinus infection: A high temperature as you described is concerning for infection.  This may be seen with a streptococcal infection such as strep throat.  I recommend that you see a provider immediately.
