been to doctors about right eye, cheek and eyebrow pain, neurologists are struggling to find cause for it but pain is worse what do i do?

Multiple Etiologies: I do not quite understand what "neurologists struggling"  means except thorough workups fail to reveal definite dx?  However, the choices available for the symptoms described range from inflammation or swelling in the orbital or maxillary region to some form of trigeminal neuritis to allodynia associated with headaches and let's not forget about an ocular issue that could be present. immediate forehead pain (on the bone) and eyebrow pain after crying? it happens after crying for a while, and i'm left with a headache all day. why?

Muscle contraction: This likely due to prolonged contraction of the forehead muscles. These muscles normally do not contract for extended periods of time.  This is what happens in tension headaches alas well.

Decongestant: You do have a sinus cavity in that area that might cause the swelling. Try a decongestant to see if it gets better. If not, then see your physician to make sure you don't have an infection that would need antibiotics, or that the swelling is from another cause.

Migraine?: Probably more likely to be migraine related. See a neurologist. The international headache society doesn't even recognize the term sinus headache because other than with sinusitis there is no such thing.

woke up with 2 bumps above my eyebrows. i am having sinus problems stuffy snd blow ing my nose a lot. there is no pain from the bumps.

Rule out mucoceles : The fact that you mention two bumps above your eyebrows in the setting of sinus infection symptoms gives me pause for concern of a trapped mucus pocket in the frontal sinus, called a mucocele. There are other possibilities, but a mucocele can have severe complications related to the brain and the eyes. I recommend a medical evaluation.

You may have: TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA  (Opthalmic Branch Trigeminal nerve....Just a thought.....hope it helps!!!!

Not without: other symptoms
It can, but tension around the forehead and many other things can too. One of the best indicators of sinus infection is seeing gunk at the back of hte throat.

Yes: Pain around eyes or deep eye pain during a cold are usually signs of sinusitis.  Have your general doctor order ct scan of sinuses and if sinusitis present he can then refer you to an ENT specialist.  Remember regular x-rays are of no help in diagnosis of chronic sinusitus.

Check eyes: Sometimes eye issues can cause sinus like pain. Depending also on your meds, narrow angles can be a concern so get a gonioscopy if Pentacam shows narrow angles: an eyeMD can help be sure it is not your eyes at all.

Possibly: Could also simply be tension headache.
