Been to doctors about right eye, cheek and eyebrow pain, neurologists are struggling to find cause for it but pain is worse what do i do?

Multiple Etiologies: I do not quite understand what "neurologists struggling" means except thorough workups fail to reveal definite dx? However, the choices available for the symptoms described range from inflammation or swelling in the orbital or maxillary region to some form of trigeminal neuritis to allodynia associated with headaches and let's not forget about an ocular issue that could be present.
