Maybe: But be aware that if a wound is consistently too wet, it can macerate (over hydrate) the new skin and possibly destroy it. This can result in a non-healing burn wound.

Serous fluid: The liquid coming out of your burn is normal in most cases. It will be straw colored and is just fluid from between the tissues in your body. as long as it is not thick and white or green it is fine.

Superfast healing: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing  so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are ? Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day  and protected from trauma.  Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected.

Wash, apply vaseline: Superficial burns need to be kept clean and moist to heal.  They should be cleansed gently with soap and water once or twice a day, then covered with vaseline and a bandaid.  Clean, uninfected burns do not need antibiotic ointments (which can cause allergic reactions).  Deeper burns need to be seen by a doctor to determine appropriate treatment.

Right after: the burn COLD water should be used to irrigate the area and after that the treatment depends upon burn degree.  Very minor burns should simply be covered by a protective dressing...antibacterial preparations may be useful if blister (2nd degree) burn results.

Yes, but don't: Peroxide is very damaging to the cells that are trying to heal that wound.  Usually just soap and water are sufficient to clean a wound.  And then a nice sterile dressing, with or without silver.  Follow your surgeons recomendations

Rx cream: I like silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream. It is an antibiotic cream with soothing effect. It requires prescription so see a doctor. If the wound is already healing, try Hydrocortisone cream.

Ice and topicals : Depends on how much injury to tissue. If you feel pain in the area, then this is at MOST a 2nd degree burn, and you will heal. If infected, use mupirocin topical 2-3 times  a day, if not infected, use coconut oil and cover lightly until safely scabbed over the burn, good luck
