Not safe at all!: Free silicone injections can migrate, cause scar fibrosis, granulomas, pain, irregularity of the skin surface, and can also become infected. Free silicone is impossible to remove if it has any or several of these problems, so an entire chunk of skin and fat must be excised and a skin graft placed should serious difficulties arise. Please say no! solid silicone implants or fat grafts are much safer.

Personal choice: In my opinion, silicone implants are softer, lighter, and more natural appearing. The outer shell of both implants is made out of silicone. Benefits of saline implants include cost. After obtaining all the information, it is a personal choice.

IV fluid: Saline implants are a silicone balloon filled with IV fluid-saline. Silicone implants are silicone balloons filled with silicone gel.
Silicone implants are softer, more natural, with less chance of seeing ripples.

Depends: The changes in sensation after augmentation can be related to the technique used by the surgeon. Generally speaking you should have normal sensation after breast augmentation.

Probably not.: If you injection was for depressed scar, the collagen injection was to imcrease volume under the scar.Normally, you use silicon sheetng as a prevention of hypertrophic scar.I will ask this question to your treating doctor.

Tiny?: Likely nothing. I would read the poison control  precautions on the bottle and also check with your regular doctor. 
As a precaution please follow the specific directions for the application of the sealant product.
