why is meth looked upon so badly? i've been shooting it the last 4 years and i have successfully established 2 telecommunications companies. i have been able to get degrees and other licenses as well . is it just good for some bad for others?

: Congratulations for your "achievements", but why are you posting here?  In my opinion, meth is a highly addictive drug which has been linked to brain hemorrhages and strokes secondary to vasculitis and has destroyed large numbers of lives.  Would urge you to deal with your addiction sooner than later.  You have been lucky so far!

Why do you ask?: I'm most concerned about you -- or that anyone would think it is "normal" either to vomit or cough up blood, or to inject methamphetamine in the first place. "Friends" like this will drag you down. Urge her to get help with both her habit -- which will destroy her and hurt those who care about her -- and a physician's care for what could be TB that endangers those around her. Please do this.

Seriously,: It may be a really good thig that you are asking for suggestions at all. I hope that as you move towrd getting into better shape you drop the meth - it's really bad for people. Stretching exercises (yoga lite) are good for starters, Pilates too. Core walking. Cut down or off smoking if you can. Be patient! Best wishes!

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
