Sounds like: the symptoms are those of advanced liver cancer and are very bad signs since NUTRITION is a very important factor in the battle against cancer! The patient's ONCOLOGIST will have the medication(s) or NUTRITIONIST referral to help.

last question about stool, what percent of colon cancer patients have blood in stool? my first fit test i bought is negative.(doctor can't order one i'm under 45). if i do another this year and it's negative is that a good sign no cancer or polyps?

: A negative FIT rules out bleeding in the colon. It makes colon cancer less likely but does not rule it out. It rules out polyps even less.
Unless there is a family history of early onset colon cancer, you can wait to get screening colonoscopy at age 40-45. If there family history of colon cancer, get colonoscopy 10 years sooner than the youngest at which a relative had cancer.

BPH: Your lymphocyte percent is high, but you don't mention the results of the rest of your cbc&amp;differential cell count. Lymphoma isn't diagnosed by a cbc but bone marrow disorders may be.  Your benign prostatic hypertrophy can be the cause of your lower abdominal discomfort. Your MD, who knows all your findings, is best to advise you as to what other testing may be advisable to evaluate your discomfor

No!: We can't always cure cancer, but we can always treat pain. Cancer patients should never suffer from pain. We can block nerves that carry pain signals, use medications, and even implant spinal cord stimulators to control pain. Cancer patients die for many reasons, but not from pain. If you are suffering from cancer pain, ask your doctor for relief. And don't stop asking until you are comfortable!

Tamoxifen: Valodex/nolvadex are other names for the generic drug tamoxifen. It is an antiestrogen and blocks the effects of estrogen in the body. It can be used in breast cancer, dcis (ductal carcinoma in situ, pre-invasive breast cancer) and non-cancerous conditions rarely. 

Some cancers need estrogen to grow and this can block that growth.
