: Just by what you described, pregnancy and then miscarriage are very less likely (conception at 6 days after the period could not happen, especially you also took plan B). Miscarriage should not cause black stool.
Yes, you should go to ER for a thorough exam and testing.

No: GERD does not cause black stools. But if you have taken Peptobismol, it can turn stool black. If you didn't take that, then you will need to see your primary care doctor soon. But if you are having several black stools and feeling lightheaded or dizzy, then you will need to go to an emergency room as it maybe a sign that you are bleeding in the bowels.

: black stool  means blood in stool and cancer is one reason for it. there are many causes for blood in stool. brown or yellowish is normal color of stool and not a sign of cancer. If in doubt always check with your MD

See answer: He may have active TB which could cause fluid to accumulate outside of his lung in the space between his lung and chest wall(pleural effusion) and cause breathlessness. Fluid in the lung would be due to a separate condition, such as CHF.  Black stools indicate he's bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal system, such as a bleeding stomach ulcer.

Dark-colored stool: Dark-colored stools may result from iron supplements, foods you eat (like a lot of spinach), substances (like peptobismol), but most significantly suggests bleeding. When blood is denatured by acid in your stomach, as from ulcers, stools will turn tarry ("melena"). Blood may also be ingested from nose bleeds, bleeding gums. Silver-colored stool suggests bleeding from the biliary tree. Get checked.

Depends on your: Diet. If you eat beets or take pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) or iron supplements occassionally and it is followed by a black stool, probably not but black stool without an obvious cause should not be ignored. It is not normal and may indicate a source of upper GI bleeding. See a GI doctor for a thorough evaluation.
