Not really: A full blood count, has a variety of different tests that are performed as part of it, but an HIV test is not a standard one. You have to give permission to have an HIV test. However, the lymphocytes may be low, and if a differential count is done, may show low CD4 or cd8 counts, which may suggest the diagnosis.

Not by itself: Tinea versicolor by itself is not an indication of an impaired immune system.  Markers for aids are infections like widespread candidiasis, coccidiomycosis, toxoplasmosis, tb, and others.  If you are concerned, please see your primary care provider and get tested for hiv.  That is the only certain way of knowing if you are infected.

Not necessarily: Swelling in the genital/inguinal area can be a swollen lymph node, which can be from hiv, but it is not necessarilly so, because other diseases can cause that also; when in doubt go see a doctor to evaluate it.

Possible, but...: A low lymphocyte count could be suggestive of HIV infection, but is not definitive.  It is very nonspecific.  A variety of other infections may also cause a low lymphocyte count, including bacterial, viral, and fungal infections.  If concerned about HIV infection, you really need to get an HIV antibody test to determine your status.

Mucocele: Mucocele are tiny bluish colored sacs located on the floor of the mouth under the tongue that are filled with fluid. They are not generally harmful but can cause discomfort and stress on the person inflicted with it. It does not require serious medical attention as it usually resolves spontaneously within 3 to 6 weeks.It is usually caused due to obstruction or rupture of a salivary gland duct.
