Soy: Ingesting soy milk is probably fine.  Soy is a weak phytoestrogen when ingested as a food product, though some drug companies use soy as a base for their estrogen product.  Do some label reading though as some soy milks have additives that increase the calories.  Adding soy beans to salads or eating tofu is also a good source of soy.

Not overdoing it?: If a woman is not drinking quarts and quarts of Silk soy milk, then she should not notice any problems with her body or pregnancy plans. As with all things in life, do it in moderation... Don&#x27;t overdo anything. Eight to sixteen ounces of soy milk a day sounds reasonable, but do watch the sugar in the soy milk (some have more sugar added).

Very Very Bad: Sugar is the enemy.  There is a pinch of protein in soy milk, but the rest of the smoothie you are ingesting is nearly one hundred percent sugar or carbohydrates. This is the worst kind of calories to be ingesting if you want to lose weight. Sugar is the enemy.  Repeat once more: sugar is the enemy.

There : There is a possibility that your hair loss could be from your diet (iron deficiency) or it could be from another cause such as a thyroid disorder, hereditary hair loss, over styling, a scalp condition, polycystic ovarian syndrome, or even lupus.  Before just assuming it is your diet, you should give your doctor a call.  They will be able to examine you and possibly run some simple blood test to rule out non-diet related reasons for hair loss.  Many of these are treatable, so having the correct diagnosis is key!  good luck!

An allergy food panel is recommended and discuss the timing between ingesting and the symptoms. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing and rash.
