Recent studies actually show that carnitine gets metabolized in the gut to compounds that can cause heart damage. I'm also concerned about your stretch marks and liver issues & possible steroids. Bodybuilders get stretch marks when muscle grows faster than the skin around it. Doesn't happen norma.
