Not if it's sugary: If there is added sugar in the drink, then no, it will not be good for weight loss.  If it is free of calories and you are drinking fewer sugary drinks because of the aloe juice, then yes it can help very much like unsweetened tea or coffee can as well.  Drinking too much of it can cause stomach upset or diarrhea. Maintaining balance and not focusing on too much of one thing is important.

i take 2 oz of aloe vera every day to relieve ibs-c and it is very helpful.  is there any side effect to my digestive system such as melanosis?

Not with gel but...: This depends on which part of the plant is used.The inner gel is quite safe, but the skin, used as a laxative, contains anthroquinones that can cause melanosis (though that is not necessarily serious). No side effects: There should be no side effects of magnets in the mask, or of the mask itself, as far as I am aware.  It probably will not have a tremendous effect on the glasses prescription, however.  A glasses prescription is almost exclusively dependent on the length of the eye and curvature of the cornea. Focusing ability declines naturally with age. The period of rest may help with eye strain symptoms.

Aloe doesn't: Aloe vera is good at calming skin inflammation but does not rejuvenate skin.

Not a good idea: If you are sensitive to aloe on your skin, i would definitely avoid taking it by mouth. Even if you didn't trigger any problems by ingesting it, you could have a contact sensitivity at the other end of the digestive system, something to avoid!

Aloe vera contains: plant sterols, and works well on inflamed skin from burns, sunburn, laser to reduce heat. So depends what you mean by regeneration of facial tissue? It is helpful at rehydrating skin that = needs cooling after being in the sun or laser.It doesn't per se regenerate skin, as the turnover of skin is about 7 days, and it's occurring from below.The keratin layer on top doesn't rejuvenate from aloe use.

hello, i have popped a pimple so bad that the skin tore off, i tried puttting neospirin, aloe vera but the skin hasn't grown back, its been two months?

Exam needed: Since this is a nonhealing lesion, it should be evaluated by a physician. Was the original lesion a simple pimple or another type of lesion such as a cyst,herpes or nodule? In the future I urge you not to pop pimples as this can create other problems.

Yes: Aloe vera, while a great home remedy used on skin for treating sunburn, can have toxic properties when ingested.  The sap from the aloe vera contains aloin, which can cause irritation of the intestines leading to diarrhea.  Misuse may lead to severe electrolyte loss, which is why the fda has banned the use of aloin in over-the-counter laxatives.
