i see the basic side effects of clonaz and pax. hopefully i will be off by 1 yr w therapy. what are these drugs really doing to my body, cns, brain?

Body: its unlikely that they are causing your body and brain serious harm. there are risks with long term clonazepam use but at your age i would expect them to be minimal. if you are stopping your medication do so slowly and in conduction with your MD. both your meds can be challenging to stop.

Psyllium?: Can cause gas, bloat, cramps, loose stool. Take with plenty of water, so it won't "clog the pipes".

More info needed.: If you are pregnant, and your pelvic ultrasound is negative (absent pregnancy
sac in uterus), a d and c is indicated to check
for the presence or absence of pregnancy
tissue (chorionic villi) in your uterus. If pregnancy tissue is not found in the cavity of
your uterus, you may have an ectopic pregnancy, which is a potentially dangerous
medical condition.

Cramping & Spotting: A dilation & currettage (D&C) may cause mild cramping and spotting & this should not be severe. Ibuprofen usually works well & your discomfort should only last a few days. Call your doc if pain increases, increased bleeding, fevers, foul-smelling discharge, or if you don't improve as expected. Take care.

??: I am not sure i understand your question.  Myalgias can be a side effect of certain medications, such as those taken for high cholesterol.  It would be a good idea to review your medications with your doctor and see if anything could cause it.  Some blood work may be of benefit to check a muscle enzyme test as well.

diaphragm spasm: Side 'stitch' is a common slang term for diaphgram spasm which occurs while running or during vigorous activitiy.  The diaphragm expands and contracts during normal breathing.  When you exercise, the movement is exagerated and a spasm may occur which feels like something poking you in your side.

Lithium & weed: There's no direct interaction here -- but if you're on lithium, chances are very good that you have bipolar disorder. Smoking marijuana risks perceptual disturbances, psychosis, and paranoia.  It can also lead to depression, or destabilized mood.
