i am taking solydyn and epiduo forte for acne. i have had a few new pimples that have turned green. what does this mean?

: It seems as though you have Inflammatory Acne. Treatment should be either an oral or topical antibiotic along with an appropriate acne wash and a topical retinoid. See a dermatologist for evaluation and the proper treatment.

5 days into doxycycline and epiduo forte for acne and my face burns with any face product as well as my eyelids burning and theyre red. i dont stay out in the sun i have little exposure. is this normal or an allergic reaction?

Wait an hour...: ...After washing your face before applying it. Use only a small amount. Don't scrub your face with a washcloth or buf puf.

: To be prescribed an antibiotic like lymecycline.408 mgs(equivalent to 500 mgs of tetracycline in action) and epiduo gel you must have significant acne. It is not unusual for such patients to take the antibiotic for 6-8 weeks. You could opt for a lower dose but your prescribed treatment appears reasonable to me.

nuerobion forte injection was given through iv (rl) and has some side affect . what should we do ? would it resede on its own?

: This drug contains six B vitamins. What is the side effect you are talking about? If it's due to the medication, it should resolve by itself. 
If you have phlebitis due to poor injection technique apply warm compress twice a day.
You can take the oral B complex in the future it will be cheaper and safer.
Using the leg vein for IV drug is not recommended unless there is no vein anywhere else.

what are the probable side effects of secnil ( secnidazole 2 gm) forte & how & when should it be taken (as a single dose) ?

Secnil: Secnil may be taken for amebiasis or Trichomonas. It can cause nausea, abdominal cramps as well as skin rashes. It can be taken as a single doseat bedtime
