Negative study: Urine cultures are most accurate when obtained as a clean catch ( the vulva is cleaned &amp; sample is from a mid stream caught in process) or by catheter inserted into the bladder. The report cited means that skin germs contaminated the specimen. The total colony count of several germs of 25,000 was too few to consider this urine infected.

Sometimes...: Questioning means only that, it does not imply it will always be determined one way or the other. Somebody has to do it (the questioning, consider the possibility..). They do it everyday, they can tell. There is a famous answer of sigmund freud ("the" original shrink for some): "sometimes a cigar,  is just a cigar". Likewise, sometimes somatic symptoms, are just somatic symptom.

Not exactly: It depends on many factors: e.g. Your age & genetics,  the amt of weight lost, and rapidity of the weight loss. A small amt of weight might respond to exercise or thermage; while larger amounts of weight lost, esp at rapid rate and high skin laxity might require surgical intervention.

Skin shrink: If it does not shrink pretty quickly after weight loss, you will need surgery to remove the excess skin.

Chest pain: Doubtful that your organs bulging has caused this issue. Probably a floating rib dislodged. Osteopathic physicians are trained to make this assessment and treat appropriately.

i have a painless white bubble on my upper lip tubercle. it seems to sometimes enlarge and shrink, not sure what causes it. does not go away and it blends with my skin. there is no cluster of bumps or pain. could this be herpes or a fordyce spot?

: Herpes is not possible, based on this description. No herpes lesion ever lasts more than a week or two. Maybe Fordyce spot, small cyst, fibroma, or something else. In the meantime, for sure don't worry about herpes.
