Maybe: Recurrent preeclampsia risk is about 10% in women with previous preecampsia. The same issues from the other two pregnancies may arise again.

For your first baby:: Most mothers will start feeling fetal movements sometime between 18-20 weeks along, although that can vary based on your weight and the position of the baby and the placenta.  Every woman can start "showing" at different times, but for first pregnancies, this usually happens sometime in the 2nd trimester.

Maybe: Pregnancy test are accurate about two weeks after conception.  If it has been at least that long since your last unprotected sex, and you still don't get your period or a positive test using your first morning's urine, then you may want to ask your doctor for a blood test. Having said that, there are many reasons for a late period besides pregnancy: changes in weight, stress, travel, illness, etc.

Blood test: If a blood test for pregnancy is negative,  Pregnancy is NOT present.. It is simply a missed period, which is not harmful and usually corrects itself.

It would be positive: The hpt will be positive at the time of the missed or "light" menses.  She is not likely pregnant, or she could have become pregnant  over the last 10 days-2 wks (that would be too early to tell)...

Are you pregnant?: Obviously the first step is to do a home pregnancy test. If you are pregnant then you need to be seen by a doctor to evaluate bleeding during pregnancy. If you are not pregnant then this is likely your period and the pregnancy symptoms you mention are being caused by something else.

3 day difference: All tests have error bands.  You report a three day difference in two methods of estimating your fetus' gestational age. The key word in that sentence was estimating. Try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy and future baby.

Yes, : Yes, that is still a possibility.  Plan b reduces the odds of pregnancy, but it is not 100% effective.  If you are having symptoms then please take a pregnancy test to put your mind at rest.
