For your first baby:: Most mothers will start feeling fetal movements sometime between 18-20 weeks along, although that can vary based on your weight and the position of the baby and the placenta. Every woman can start "showing" at different times, but for first pregnancies, this usually happens sometime in the 2nd trimester.
