Are you pregnant?: Obviously the first step is to do a home pregnancy test. If you are pregnant then you need to be seen by a doctor to evaluate bleeding during pregnancy. If you are not pregnant then this is likely your period and the pregnancy symptoms you mention are being caused by something else.
