last 8 months had bad low back pain now have been having rectum pain and pressure, feel like vomiting after i eat and stomach swells. ultrasound on stomach shows nothing, x ray and ct on back show nothing but stool sample shows very small amount bloo?

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Could be many things: Depending on the severity, timing  and location the pain could be due do food in sensitivities, problems with your gut, kidney problems, constipation or diarrhea to name a few.  If the pain is severe, prolonged or just causing significant discomfort, get checked out by your primary care and they can help determine a plan of care.

See a doctor: Hard to guess what your problem could be without more medical history & a physical examination. Could be gynecologic if you are female. Bowel problems? Best to see a doctor for an examination.

Rectal pressure: Usually would be related to hemorrhoids,  occurs in  sedentary positions. Can be fissures.or abscess. Constipation could also be a cause. You feel it in your " stomach" because the colon is actually high up behind the stomach.Rarely could be ovarian mass or endometriosis ( more likely back pain).

Seek medical attention this week.

Needs emergency care: Pain as serious as you describe needs emergency evaluation and care.  You're right, it may just be gas...But it could be something of quite a bit more concern.  Take her to the er for assessment and treatment now please.

Find reason: Imo one reason for females to have abdominal, pelvic & rectal pain with sex is chronic laxity of sacroiliac joints arousing presacral nerve stimulation.  Joint hypermobility syndrome and/or mechanical pelvic injury (oft multiple births) can cause joint laxity; as can hormone relaxin released during menses. Missionary position can arouse pain from pelvic torsion. Spooning might be more comfortable.

LLQ pain: Many things can cause this, diverticulitis, polyps, constipation, rectal prolapse etc. Would see a colorectal surgeon or gastroenterologist, sounds like you need a CT and or colonoscopy. This would also rule out the difficult hernias as well as simple ones.

cancer of the upper rectum. all organs seem clear. there are some early lymph nodes beside the lesion - around the stomach cavity.what does this mean?

Staging.: When a rectal or colon lesion is evaluated for risk, we look at staging.  This is determined by the size and extent of the primary tumor, whether lymph nodes are involved, and whether there are more distant metastases.  The higher the stage, the greater the risk.  Rectal tumors often are treated with chemotherapy and radiation before surgery if advanced.  Positive nodes is stage 3.
