Sounds like pinched: nerve, but any pain in left arm is concerning for angina.  You are quite young to develop heart disease, but you should see your doctor to make sure your heart is ok, especially if you have risk factors.

Tennis elbow: The most common cause of elbow pain i see is tennis elbow which is a tendinitis on the outside part of the elbow. The pain can be treated with injections of cortisone.

Pinched nerve: Because patients having cardiac problems can have these symptoms, you should have this ruled out.  But the most common cause is an irritation of a nerve in the neck by a bone spur or herniation that can cause pain or numbness that runs down the arm into the hand.  An MRI can usually show the cause of the problem if it does not resolve.  Thank you for the question.

You forgot about: Your wrist. That is probably the most common cause of finger tingling. Especially carpal tunnel syndrome. 
Get an exam by a doctor and s/he may well be able to help you sort this out.

Elbow: A contusion to the elbow often involves a nerve. Make sure your thumb and fingers and elbow and shoulder are moving normally and apply an ice pack. This generally recovers quickly. If not follow up with your doctor until it has resolved. All the best. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen  may help with the pain.

Trauma: This is usually trauma but not necessarily severe to the ulnar nerve. Simple contusion can do this. If you also rest your arm on the elbow area this may be the cause. See your doctor for the exam and treatment.
